Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. This fully remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States, with the requirement to work East Coast hours and deliver reliable, secure 365 services.

You will support end users, automate workflows with PowerShell, monitor service health, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support the Red Cross mission, ensuring high availability and strong security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users while meeting SLAs.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem records per Change Management processes.
