Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team in a fully remote role, aligned to East Coast hours. You will administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams while delivering reliable, secure cloud services and end-user support.

You will develop automation using PowerShell, monitor service health, and maintain documentation to enable efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, meeting SLAs.
• Document incidents, service requests, and changes; follow Change Management processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration and reporting across M365 services.
