The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States and requires East Coast hours and strong problem-solving skills.

You will administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, troubleshoot, automate with PowerShell and Graph APIs, and collaborate across IT teams to deliver reliable, secure cloud-based productivity solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to prioritize and collaborate in a team.

Responsabilités

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot a wide range of issues, meeting SLAs with end users.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem records in the Service Management platform.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline administration and reporting.
• Utilize Microsoft Graph to automate processes and integrations.
• Monitor service health, security alerts, and usage trends across M365.
• Create and maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
• Educate users on 365 tools and best practices to promote adoption.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders on projects.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and security standards.
