Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. This fully remote role supports the Microsoft 365 environment, requires East Coast hours, and emphasizes strong problem-solving and customer service in a fast-paced IT operation.

You will administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and security controls, develop automation with PowerShell, monitor service health, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver reliable,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Experience: minimum 4 years in IT, admin, or related roles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, security, and IT operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues while meeting SLAs.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate admin tasks and reporting.
• Monitor service health, security alerts, and usage trends.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to support initiatives.
