Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team in a fully remote role with East Coast hours. You will support a broad Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, delivering high-quality end-user support.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies, and the ability to collaborate with diverse IT teams to support the Red Cross

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to apply technical expertise to resolve problems. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. Ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues while meeting SLAs.
• Document incidents and requests; manage change processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration and reporting.
• Monitor service health and security alerts in the Microsoft 365 environment.
