Job summary

Thanx is a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform for restaurants, offering a remote-friendly role in Merchant Operations. You will configure loyalty programs, apps, online ordering, and POS integrations for merchants, then monitor health and resolve issues with data-backed findings.

You will collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Implementations, Product, and Engineering, reporting to the Director of Merchant Operations and Support.

Qualifications

• Analytical problem-solver who digs into why a reward didn't apply or a transaction failed.
• Comfortable with technical tools and quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Configure merchant setups. Set up and update loyalty, rewards, app, and online ordering for new and existing merchants.
• Connect partner integrations. Link merchants to their POS, ordering, and delivery partners, handle credentials.
• Investigate and resolve issues. Take escalations, determine root causes, and report bugs with evidence.
• Monitor location health. Detect locations or integrations going quiet or failing to transact.
• Manage card network enrollment. Enroll locations.
