Job summary

Thanx, a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform, is seeking a Merchant Operations professional to configure merchant setups, enroll card networks, and manage integrations with POS and delivery partners. You will work with Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and optimize partner programs.

Ideal candidates have experience in technical support or operations, are comfortable with data (SQL a plus), and can thrive in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support or operations role diagnosing cross-system issues.
• Comfort with data analysis and data-driven troubleshooting.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up analysis or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure merchant setups and update loyalty, rewards, app, and online ordering for new and existing merchants.
• Link merchants to POS, ordering, and delivery partners; manage credentials.
• Take escalations from Support and Customer Success and report bugs clearly to Engineering.
• Write actionable updates for merchants and teammates to reduce follow-ups.
• Monitor integrations; catch quiet locations and broken flows before merchants notice.
• Oversee card network enrollment and troubleshoot transaction routing when needed.
