Thanx is hiring for a Merchant Operations role. You will configure merchant loyalty, rewards, app, and online ordering setups, and manage integrations behind the scenes for restaurant partners.

You’ll collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Engineering to own meaningful work from day one. You’ll apply data-driven problem solving, use AI-assisted tools, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Qualifikationen

• Experience diagnosing problems across multiple systems.
• Track record of finding root causes.
• Comfort with data; SQL is a big plus.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up analysis or automation.
• Clear written communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Habit of automating repetitive work when you see it.

Aufgaben

• Configure merchant setups: loyalty, rewards, apps, and online ordering for merchants with high accuracy and speed.
• Connect partner integrations to POS, ordering, and delivery partners, managing credentials.
• Investigate and resolve issues with escalations from Support and Customer Success, and report bugs with solid evidence.
• Monitor location health and catch issues before merchants report them, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Manage card network enrollment and troubleshoot transactions when needed.
• Build and improve automations to reduce manual work across the team.
• Communicate updates clearly to merchants and teammates to avoid follow-ups.
