Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, operations, or similar roles diagnosing problems across systems.
• Proven ability to find root causes and document findings with data.

Responsibilities

• Configure merchant setups for loyalty, rewards, app, and online ordering with high accuracy and pace.
• Connect integrations to POS, ordering, and delivery partners and manage credentials.
• Investigate and resolve issues, providing clear bug reports with evidence.
• Monitor location health and prevent quiet or failing transactions.
• Manage card network enrollment and troubleshoot transaction flow.
• Build and improve automations and monitoring tools across teams.
• Communicate updates clearly to merchants and teammates with actionable detail.
