Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support, operations, implementation, or similar role diagnosing problems across multiple systems.
• Comfort with data and analytics.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to speed up analysis, troubleshooting, or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure merchant setups and update loyalty, rewards, app, and online ordering for merchants.
• Take escalations from Support and Customer Success, diagnose issues, and provide clear bug reports to Engineering.
• Manage card network enrollment and troubleshoot transactions when needed.
• Write actionable updates for merchants and teammates to avoid follow-up questions.
• Develop core configurations and at least one automation within six months; own end-to-end areas after twelve months.
