Job summary

Thanx is a remote-friendly platform for loyalty and guest engagement, operating across many states. The team supports merchant programs, loyalty, app and online ordering integrations, and data-driven troubleshooting. Equity is offered and ownership mindset is expected.

You’ll work with Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Engineering, handling configurations, escalations, and automations in a lean, fast-moving setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support, operations, or implementation role diagnosing issues across multiple systems.
• Comfort with data; SQL is a big plus and willingness to learn what you need.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to speed up analysis or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure merchant setups, linking to POS, ordering, and delivery partners.
• Take escalations from Support and Customer Success, and report clear bugs to Engineering.
• Investigate issues by checking data across systems and communicating findings to merchants.
• Write actionable updates for merchants and teammates.
• Own end-to-end areas after 12 months, such as an integration or monitoring domain.
