You will work with Engineering to diagnose issues and develop automations, owning end-to-end areas over time. The job requires comfort with data and SQL is a plus, and occasional evenings or weekends may be needed in this fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support, operations, implementation, or similar role across multiple systems.
• Comfort with data; SQL is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure merchant setups and update loyalty, rewards, app, and online ordering for merchants.
• Link merchants to POS, ordering, and delivery partners and manage credentials.
