Job summary

Thanx is a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform for restaurants. The Merchant Operations team ensures partners' loyalty programs, mobile apps, online ordering, and POS integrations are configured and kept healthy.

You will work with Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Engineering to launch merchants and monitor ongoing performance. Expect hands-on work and data-driven problem solving, with opportunities to influence platform reliability.

Responsibilities

• Configure merchant setups: loyalty, rewards, app, and online ordering for new and existing merchants.
• Connect partner integrations: POS, ordering, and delivery partners; manage credentials.
• Investigate and resolve issues: take escalations, determine root cause, report with evidence.
• Monitor location health: detect quiet locations and failing integrations.
• Manage card network enrollment: enroll locations.
