Job summary

Thanx is a remote-friendly role focused on Merchant Operations, ensuring loyalty programs, mobile apps, and online ordering work smoothly for restaurant partners. You’ll own configuration, monitor health, and drive issue resolution with data-backed insights.

You’ll work with AI-assisted tools, report to the Director of Merchant Operations, and collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Engineering. Equity is offered to all employees.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting across multiple systems and finding root causes.
• Ability to work with data; SQL skills are a big plus.
• Clear written communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Configure merchant setups, updating loyalty, rewards, app and online ordering for merchants.
• Connect partner integrations: POS, ordering, delivery, credentials, and partner teams.
• Investigate and resolve issues from Support/Customer Success with evidence.
• Monitor location health, detect quiet locations and broken integrations.
• Manage card network enrollment and troubleshoot transaction flow.
• Build and improve automations, monitors, lookups, and workflows.
• Communicate updates to merchants and teammates with actionable details.
