Thanx is a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform serving regional and national restaurants. The Merchant Operations team configures merchant setups for loyalty, app, and online ordering, ensuring seamless integrations with POS and delivery partners.

You will handle escalations, diagnose issues across multiple systems, and craft actionable updates for merchants and teammates. A lean, fast-moving environment values data-driven decisions and AI-assisted troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Able to diagnose problems across multiple systems with data-backed reasoning.
• Comfort with data; SQL is a big plus and can be learned further.
• Experience in technical support, operations, or implementation roles.

Responsibilities

• Configure merchant setups: loyalty, rewards, app, and online ordering for merchants.
• Link merchants to POS, ordering, and delivery partners; manage credentials.
• Take escalations from Support and Customer Success; report and fix or escalate to Engineering.
• Write clear, actionable updates for merchants and teammates.
• Catch integrations that fail and prevent quiet locations from going silent.
• Enroll locations with Visa, Mastercard, and Amex; troubleshoot transaction flows.
