Job summary

Thanx is seeking a Merchant Operations professional to ensure merchants' loyalty programs, mobile apps, online ordering, and POS integrations run smoothly. You will work with Implementation and Customer Success teams to launch merchants and maintain ongoing operations, identifying issues and driving fixes with Engineering.

The role embraces AI-enabled monitoring and troubleshooting, with ownership from day one and a high level of collaboration across Support, Product, and Engineering.
