Thanx is a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform for restaurants. We are seeking a Merchant Operations engineer to configure loyalty, rewards, app and online ordering for merchants, and to monitor integrations behind them.

You will work with Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Product and Engineering to launch merchants and keep programs healthy. The role blends troubleshooting with proactive monitoring and data-driven root-cause analysis.
