Thanx is seeking a Merchant Operations professional to manage loyalty, apps, and online ordering integrations for restaurant partners. You will configure merchant setups, ensure connections to POS and delivery partners, and monitor location health to prevent downtime.

Ideal candidates bring strong troubleshooting, data-driven analysis, and the ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical teammates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and fix issues in merchant systems.
• Experience with integrations between loyalty, apps, online ordering, and POS is a plus.
• Able to explain technical findings to non-technical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Configure merchant setups for loyalty, rewards, app, and online ordering.
• Connect merchant integrations with POS and delivery partners; manage credentials.
• Investigate issues, gather evidence, and report bugs with clarity to Engineering.
• Monitor location health and pre-emptively catch broken integrations.
• Manage card network enrollment for locations.
