Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CMP preferred; Cvent Certification advantageous.
• 7–10 years in meetings/events tech or related platforms (e.g., Cvent, Groupize).
• Bonus: Project management or Agile/Scrum familiarity.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meetings Management Technology & Platform Support (SaaS tools, training, access, data storage).
• Oversee registration websites, attendee data workflows, reporting, and payment processing.
• Design and optimize attendee experiences with on-brand registration pages and apps.
• Manage supplier and technology provider relationships; evaluate capabilities and align with needs.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support across units.
