Job summary
The American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Meetings Technology Manager. This fully remote role oversees meetings technology, registration systems, and attendee management, partnering with vendors to ensure reliable, scalable platforms.
You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and deliver seamless user experiences for complex meetings nationwide. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in meetings/events tech, experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., Cvent), and strong vendor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; CMP/Cvent preferred.
- 7–10 years in meetings/events technology.
- Project management or Agile/Scrum familiarity.
- Driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee meetings management technology and platform support.
- Manage registration websites and attendee data workflows.
- Design and optimize attendee experiences with registration sites and mobile apps.
- Manage supplier and technology provider relationships.
- Drive innovation and cross-functional support with IT, Security, Procurement.
