Job summary

The American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Meetings Technology Manager to lead meetings management technology and the build-out of registration and attendee management tools for each meeting. This fully remote role oversees SaaS platforms, provides tech support, and partners with IT, Procurement and other teams to deliver engaging user experiences.

You will drive improvements, standardize QA, and mentor teams to ensure high-quality service across internal partners and travelers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CMP/Cvent preferred.
• 7–10 years in meetings/events technology or related platforms.
• Experience building registration sites and attendee apps.
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Project management or Agile/Scrum familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meetings management technology and platform support.
• Manage registration websites and attendee data workflows.
• Build and optimize attendee experiences on registration sites and apps.
• Manage supplier and technology provider relationships.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement and cross-functional support.
