Job summary

The American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Meetings Technology Manager to oversee meetings management technology and registration workflows across the enterprise. This remote role supports multiple platforms, drives improvements, and partners with IT, Security, and Procurement to deliver reliable attendee experiences.

You will lead vendor relationships, manage configuration and integrations of SaaS tools (e.g., Cvent, Groupize), and shape a scalable meeting tech roadmap while mentoring

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
• Certificate(s) or License(s): CMP Preferred, Cvent Certification (Event Management/Administrator strongly preferred)
• Years of experience: 7 – 10 years in meetings/events technology, registration platforms, or marketing/event operations (e.g., Cvent, Groupize, etc.)
• Bonus: Project management or Agile/Scrum familiarity.
• Driver’s License Required
