Job summary

American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Meetings Technology Manager to oversee meetings management technology, build and optimize registration and attendee management tools, and ensure seamless user experiences across meeting programs.

You will manage vendor relationships, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to align technology with organizational goals. The role is fully remote within the United States, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• CMP or Cvent certification preferred.
• 7–10 years in meetings/events tech or related fields.
• Experience in registration platforms and marketing/event operations.
• Project management or Agile familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meetings management technology strategy and platform support.
• Design and optimize attendee registration experiences and sites.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and providers.
• Guide continuous improvement and cross-functional support across teams.
