American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Meetings Technology Manager to oversee meetings management technology, SaaS platforms, and attendee registration. This fully remote role supports meetings across the U.S.

and partners with IT, Security, and Procurement to drive efficiency and quality. You will administer meeting SaaS, design attendee experiences, manage vendor relationships, and push continuous improvements across functions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in meetings/events technology or related platforms.
• CMP preferred; Cvent Certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with meeting platforms (Cvent, Groupize) and registration workflows.
• Driver’s license required.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meetings Management Technology & Platform Support; configure SaaS tools and handle issues.
• Registration Websites & Lead Attendee Management: templates, data workflows, reporting, credit card processing.
• Design and Optimize Attendee Experience: build registration sites and apps; ensure intuitive UX.
• Manage Supplier & Technology Provider Relationships: coordinate with vendors and procurement.
• Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement: analyze trends, standardize QA, mentor teams.
