The American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Meetings Technology Manager to lead the meetings management technology stack, administer related SaaS platforms, and drive efficient attendee experiences. The role partners with internal teams and vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality meeting solutions across the organization.

The position is fully remote within the U.S., offering flexibility and opportunities to optimize registration and attendee management across multiple events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CMP and Cvent certifications preferred.
• 7–10 years in meetings/events technology/registration platforms.
• Experience with project management or Agile/Scrum helpful.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage meetings management technology and platform support including SaaS tools and integrations.
• Oversee registration websites, attendee data workflows and payment processing.
