Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CMP or Cvent Certification preferred.
• 7–10 years in meetings/events technology or related fields.
• Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage meetings management technology and platform support, including administration and configuration.
• Oversee registration websites, attendee data workflows and communications.
• Design and optimize attendee experience with intuitive registration and mobile apps.
• Manage supplier and technology provider relationships and contracts.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement and cross-functional support across teams.
