Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CMP or Cvent Certification preferred
• 7–10 years in meetings/events technology, registration platforms, or marketing/event operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams within budget and schedule constraints
• Project management or Agile/Scrum familiarity preferred
• Driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Oversee meetings management technology and platform support; configure and troubleshoot SaaS tools (15%).
• Manage registration websites and attendee management processes including templates, workflows, reporting, and payment processing (15%).
• Design and optimize attendee experience with registered sites and mobile apps; ensure on-brand UX and clear navigation (50%).
• Manage supplier and technology-provider relationships; evaluate capabilities and drive enhancements (10%).
• Lead innovation and continuous improvement; research new meeting tech and drive cross-functional adoption (10%).
