Job summary

The American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Meetings Technology Manager to lead the meetings management technology, registration sites, and attendee management tools for multiple conferences. The role acts as the system administrator for related SaaS platforms and partners with IT and Procurement to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring platforms, overseeing templates and data flows, and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CMP preferred; Cvent Certification strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years in meetings/events technology, registration platforms, or marketing/event operations.
• Project management or Agile/Scrum familiarity is a plus.
• Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator for meeting related SaaS tools; manage access, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Oversee registration templates, attendee data workflows, reporting, and payment processing configurations.
• Build and maintain meeting registration sites and mobile apps with on-brand UX and clear navigation.
• Partner with technology vendors; manage SLAs, roadmaps, and renewals with Procurement/IT.
• Lead continuous improvement, document SOPs, and support cross-functional teams across locations.
