Job summary

BD in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to resolve complex, time-sensitive issues across Medstation systems from server to station, including remote troubleshooting and escalations. You will coordinate with the ES 1.1x upgrade team to ensure timely remediation and regulatory adherence.

The role requires a BS in CS or Electronics, or 3+ years of equivalent experience, plus SQL, Windows Server, and network/XML familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years equivalent experience.
• Must have SQL experience; write queries and analyze data.
• Strong Windows Server and desktop administration skills.
• Familiarity with XML and basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex, time-sensitive customer issues and escalations.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team for remediation and timely communication.
• Maintain high-quality case notes and data in Salesforce.
• Provide CSC support to internal peers and coordinate with field teams.
