Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or 3+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex, time-sensitive issues including customer escalations, site downtime, remote troubleshooting, and dispatching field technicians.
• Understand Medstation systems from server to station and integrations with BD products.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team to ensure timely communication and coordination of support.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for ES 1.1x remediation.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of ES 1.1x for troubleshooting and support.
• Provide CSC support related to upgrade/implementation for internal peers.
• Answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x Channel; document case notes in Salesforce.
• Provide progress updates and gather customer feedback to ensure needs are met.
• Identify issue-trends and use tools and team collaboration to troubleshoot.
• Understand BD products in pharmacy workflows and hospital IT environments.
