BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to resolve complex, time-sensitive issues across Medstation server and station environments. You will work with ES 1.1x upgrade teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously expand troubleshooting knowledge to deliver timely, high-quality support to internal peers.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years).
• Must write queries and analyze SQL data (i.e. Select and Join statements) within complex database structures.
• SSIS exposure/experience.
• SQL Reporting Services.
• Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration (Win7+).
• Networking topology, terminology, commands.
• IIS and Web Application Administration.
• Group Policies Terminology and Administration.
• VMWare Terminology and Administration.
• Application Installation and Troubleshooting.
• Ports (Networking/OS).
• XML language (1+ years).
• Review application and OS logs (2+ years).
• Flexible in working hours to meet remediation team schedule.
• Remote position working from home office.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team to ensure timely communication and coordination of support.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements specific to ES 1.1x remediation efforts.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of ES 1.1x for troubleshooting and support.
• Answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x Channel with strong service focus.
• Provide progress updates to customers and gather feedback to ensure needs are met.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through resolution while maintaining data quality in systems (Salesforce).
• Utilize cross-functional collaboration to dispatch cases to field service as needed.
• Balance remote troubleshooting with in-person support when required.
• Complete required training in a timely manner and demonstrate performance aligned with KPIs and SLAs.
• Support the remediation team and maintain BD product knowledge in customer environments.
