Job summary

BD is hiring a Technical Support Specialist 2 to resolve complex, time-sensitive issues and manage customer escalations across MedStation systems. You will support ES 1.1x upgrades, coordinate with field service and cross-functional teams, and maintain rigorous case documentation.

You should bring a strong SQL background, hospital IT experience, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset. This remote-friendly role requires in-office presence per policy and offers a comprehensive Total Rewards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
2+ years SQL experience; able to write queries and analyze data.
Proficient in Windows Server and hospital IT environments.
Ability to review application and OS logs; troubleshoot effectively.
Remote position with in-office collaboration when needed.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex, time-sensitive issues including customer escalations and outages.
Provide CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrades and remediation efforts.
Collaborate with ES upgrade teams to ensure timely communication.
Document case notes with high data quality in Salesforce.
Provide timely progress updates and gather customer feedback.
