Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking Health Plan Specialists to support Medicare members in a fully remote contract role. You will handle 50-70 inbound calls daily, assisting with benefits, enrollment and billing while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Position is remote with a requirement to reside in eligible states; based out of Madison, WI. Schedule is Monday-Friday with flexible availability between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple systems and screens.
• Reliable attendance history and ability to work remotely without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50-70 inbound calls daily, especially during peak enrollment periods.
• Assist members with questions on benefits, enrollment, and billing.
• Research and resolve member concerns from start to finish.
• Document all interactions and case details accurately.
• Navigate multiple computer applications and resources simultaneously.
• Provide timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Deliver professional and empathetic customer service.
• Collaborate with team and support organizational goals.
• Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions.
