Dahl Consulting is seeking a Health Plan Specialist – Medicare for a fully remote, inbound-only role focused on member questions about benefits, billing, and enrollment. The position targets Minnesota residents and supports a high-volume enrollment period with a strong emphasis on customer care, accuracy, and empathy.

Responsibilities include handling 50–70 calls daily, documenting interactions, and ensuring timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience
• Ability to navigate benefits, billing and enrollment inquiries
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
