TEKsystems is seeking Health Plan Specialists for a 100% remote role focused on helping health plan members understand benefits and resolve billing concerns during Open Enrollment.

You will handle inbound calls, assist with enrollment questions, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Remote work requires a dedicated workspace, camera use, and company-provided equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
• Reliable attendance history and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle 100% inbound customer service calls from health plan members.
• Manage 50-70 calls per day during peak enrollment periods.
• Assist members with benefits, billing, enrollment, and coverage questions.
• Research and resolve complex member concerns from start to finish.
• Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly.
• Utilize multiple applications and online resources simultaneously.
• Provide timely follow-up and ownership of member issues.
• Deliver compassionate, professional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive member experience.
