TEKsystems is seeking Health Plan Specialists to support Medicare enrollment and benefits offers in a fully remote role. You will handle high-volume inbound calls, assist with benefits and billing questions, and document interactions with accuracy.

The position requires at least 2 years in a call center, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work independently from a dedicated home workspace with reliable internet.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
• Strong customer service skills and multitasking across systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle 50-70 inbound calls daily during peak enrollment periods.
• Assist members with questions regarding benefits, enrollment, billing, and coverage.
• Research and resolve member concerns from start to finish.
