Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Medicare Enrollment Analyst I for a fully remote contract role in the United States. The role supports daily enrollment operations for the D-SNP product line, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing while delivering a high-quality member experience.

You will collaborate across Sales and Customer Service, monitor enrollment workflows, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. A strong data-entry focus and familiarity with CMS guidelines are preferred.

Qualifications

• Health plan operations experience with enrollment processing.
• Attention to detail and high data-entry accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CMS enrollment regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage returned mail and update member records to maintain demographics.
• Process member demographic changes and enrollment updates accurately.
• Review enrollment fallout queues to ensure CMS compliance.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with Sales to obtain missing application information.
• Work with Customer Service on eligibility and enrollment inquiries.
• Monitor enrollment processes for system or data quality issues.
• Ensure enrollment transactions are completed within SLAs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in enrollment operations.
