Advocate Health seeks an Educator/Trainer to support PB Coding and Coding Integrity teams. You will lead education programs, develop materials, and deliver training to coders and clinicians, both in person and virtually.

The role emphasizes adult learning principles, ongoing assessment, and adaptation to organizational needs. You will work with leadership across coding and revenue cycle, scheduling sessions, tracking progress, and ensuring high-quality instructional content.

Formación

• Must have advanced training beyond high school in medical coding.
• Must hold a professional coding credential (see licensure list).
• Experience delivering educator-led or online coding training is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead coding education programs for coders and clinicians.
• Develop and update educational content and training materials.
• Schedule and deliver in-person or virtual training sessions.
• Identify coder education needs and tailor sessions to gaps.
• Maintain documentation of courses, lessons and outcomes.
