Job summary

Pennant Services seeks an AR Supervisor to lead accounts receivable, Medicaid and managed care billing, and revenue cycle operations across a nationwide portfolio of senior living communities. The role ensures accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and strong compliance with state and federal programs.

You will mentor Business Office Managers and collaborate with leadership to optimize reimbursement outcomes, reduce aging, and uphold CAPLICO values across multiple states and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle, AR, Medicaid or managed care billing.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing Medicaid billing across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs, payer requirements, and reimbursement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounts receivable for assigned communities.
• Lead Medicaid and managed care billing operations across multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Resident Rights, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and coaching to AR staff and site leaders.
• Monitor KPIs: collections, aging, denials, authorizations, and reimbursement timeliness.
• Support audit readiness and respond to Medicaid and payer audits.
