Job summary

Pennant Services seeks an AR Supervisor to lead multi-state Medicaid billing and AR operations. This role oversees AR, Medicaid, and managed care processes across senior living communities, ensuring accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor AR staff, coordinate with state agencies and clinicians, and drive improvements in collections, denials management, and reimbursement performance while aligning with CAPLICO values and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare revenue cycle and Medicaid billing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing Medicaid across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle AR for assigned communities.
• Ensure timely Medicaid/waiver billing across multiple states.
• Monitor denials, reimbursements, and aging trends.
• Provide leadership and training to AR staff and managers.
• Prepare performance reports for leadership.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance.
