Pennant is seeking an AR Supervisor to oversee accounts receivable, Medicaid and managed care billing, and the revenue cycle for a multi-state portfolio of senior living communities. You will ensure accurate, timely billing, reimbursement, and collection while complying with Medicaid and managed care regulations.

You will lead Medicaid eligibility checks, authorizations, and payer requirements, working with BOC Managers and Revenue Cycle leadership to optimize reimbursement and reduce aging

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle, AR, Medicaid or managed care billing.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience across multiple states with Medicaid/regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee AR, Medicaid and managed care billing across multi-state senior living communities.
• Ensure timely billing, reimbursements, and reconciliation with compliance.
• Monitor collections, aging, denials, and reimbursement trends.
• Prepare regular performance reports for leadership and audits.
