Job summary

World Business Lenders, a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce, seeks a sales-focused professional to manage Florida ISO relationships and drive new business. You will visit ISOs four days a week and work from the home office one day, leveraging your MCA lending experience to expand loan origination.

The role requires strong English communication, a Bachelor’s in a related field or equivalent experience, and proven success in sales and account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in business, finance, real estate or related field.
• Hands-on experience in sales, lending or real estate may substitute formal education.
• 3–5 years of proven sales, account management or business development success.
• Experience in MCA lending and ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with Florida-based ISOs.
• Drive new business opportunities by meeting KPIs.
• Collaborate with ISOs to tailor WBL solutions to their needs.
• Increase loan origination by developing ISO partnerships via consultative sales.
• Spend four days weekly visiting ISOs and one day at the home office.
