Job summary

World Business Lenders seeks a dynamic sales professional to cultivate Florida ISO relationships and drive loan-originations. The role combines field engagement with a home-office day, four days visiting ISOs weekly and one day remote to maximize impact.

You will leverage CRM tools, MS Office, and virtual meetings to build trust, manage a pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed sales goals in MCA lending.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development.
• Hands-on experience in MCA lending is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with Florida-based ISOs.
• Drive new business opportunities (ITPs) by meeting and exceeding targeted KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with ISOs to grasp their unique needs and showcase the WBL product as the ideal solution.
• Increase loan origination volume by developing ISO partnerships through a consultative and personalized sales approach.
• Spend four (4) days a week visiting ISOs and one day working from the home office to maximize engagement and productivity.
