Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC. seeks a driven sales professional to grow Florida ISO partnerships and drive loan origination for MCA products. You will visit ISOs four days weekly and work one day from a home office, building durable client relationships and hitting sales KPIs.

Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency are essential, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred or substantial hands-on experience in sales, lending, or real estate. Hybrid remote role in the Florida market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience in sales, lending, or real estate considered in lieu of formal education.
• 3–5 years of proven sales, account mgmt, or business development experience.
• Hands-on MCA lending experience essential.
• Experience with ISO relationship management or loan origination desirable.
• Strong client relationships and track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with Florida-based ISOs.
• Drive new business opportunities by meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Collaborate with ISOs to understand needs and showcase the WBL product.
• Increase loan origination volume by developing ISO partnerships with a consultative approach.
• Spend four days a week visiting ISOs and one day working from the home office.
