Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC seeks a results-driven sales professional to cultivate Florida-based ISO relationships. This hybrid role combines four days of ISO visits with one day at the home office, optimizing engagement and productivity.

You will drive new business, meet KPIs, and present WBL loan products through consultative selling. A background in MCA lending and strong English communication are essential; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, though hands-on experience is considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on sales, lending, or real estate experience considered as an alternative to formal education.
• 3–5 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience in MCA lending preferred; strong client relationships and achievement of sales goals.
• Exposure to ISO relationship management, loan origination, or small business financing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with Florida-based ISOs.
• Drive new business opportunities by meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Collaborate with ISOs to tailor WBL product solutions.
• Increase loan origination through ISO partnerships using a consultative approach.
• Spend four days a week visiting ISOs and one day at the home office to maximize engagement.
