Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC seeks a sales-focused professional to build ISO relationships in Florida and drive loan origination. You will manage opportunities with a consultative approach, meeting KPIs and collaborating with ISOs to tailor WBL solutions.

The role combines field visits four days a week with one day at the home office. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales or business development, experience in MCA lending, and strong communication, time management, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field strongly preferred.
• If you bring significant hands-on experience in sales, lending, or real estate, we’ll consider that as an alternative.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with Florida-based ISOs.
• Drive new business opportunities by meeting and exceeding targeted KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with ISOs to grasp their needs and showcase the WBL product as the ideal solution.
• Increase loan origination volume by developing ISO partnerships through a consultative and personalized sales approach.
• Spend four days a week visiting ISOs and one day working from the home office.
