Job summary

World Business Lenders is hiring in Florida for a sales-focused role that builds and nurtures ISO relationships. You will drive new business by meeting KPIs and presenting MCA lending solutions, collaborating with ISOs, and increasing loan origination through partnerships with a consultative approach.

Four days a week involve visiting Florida ISOs, with one day in the home office. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 3–5 years in sales or related fields and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in sales, account management, or business development.
• Hands-on MCA lending experience is essential.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and hit sales targets.
• Prior exposure to ISO relationship management or small business financing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with Florida-based ISOs.
• Drive new business opportunities by meeting KPIs.
• Collaborate with ISOs to understand needs and present WBL solutions.
• Increase loan origination by developing ISO partnerships with a consultative approach.
• Spend four days weekly visiting ISOs and one day at the home office.
