Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; hands‑on sales/real estate experience acceptable
• 3–5 years of proven sales/account management/business development
• Hands-on MCA lending experience essential
• Prior ISO relationship management or loan origination exposure desirable

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with Florida-based ISOs
• Drive new business by meeting/exceeding KPIs
• Collaborate with ISOs to understand needs and position WBL solutions
• Increase loan origination by developing ISO partnerships
• Attend ISOs four days/week and work from home office one day
