The role requires 5+ years in marketing operations or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and experience in cross-functional environments. Preference for Lean Six Sigma or Agile certs and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or finance.
• Experience managing budgets, processes, and performance reporting in a complex cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting with KPI/OKR alignment.
• Design and optimize intake, governance, and workflows to increase efficiency.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing and workloads.
• Develop reporting frameworks delivering clear visibility on performance and finances.
• Support agency and vendor operations ensuring contract alignment and delivery.
