Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Operations professional to drive marketing operations excellence across budget, planning and reporting. You will design scalable workflows, optimize processes, and manage staffing and agency relationships to improve ROI and efficiency.

The role supports a national remote work model with minimal travel, reporting to the Corporate Enterprise team within Consumer Experience, Insights & Analytics. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, operations or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing operations, business operations, finance, or related field.
• Experience managing budgets, operational processes, and performance reporting in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting with KPI/OKR/ROI alignment.
• Design and optimize intake, prioritization, governance, and workflow processes for efficiency.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, staffing and agency utilization.
• Develop reporting frameworks for visibility into performance and financial health.
• Support agency and vendor operations in contracts, deliverables and performance.
